A little more about me...

I have been a Reiki Master/Teacher since 2004 when I was living in California. I am continually awed and inspired by the transformative effects of Reiki, in the lives of both practitioners and clients. The possibilities for what Reiki can enhance, illuminate, and heal are truly limitless. 

Among the many things that light up my life, I have worked full time as the Director of the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Monroe and Owen Counties, Indiana since 2006.  RSVP is an innovative and exciting program sponsored by Area 10 Agency on Aging, a nonprofit organization serving South Central Indiana.  As RSVP Director, I have the great honor of matching adults 55+ years of age with diverse volunteer opportunities throughout our community.  More than 400 RSVP volunteers currently serve at over 80 local nonprofits, mentoring youth, preserving the environment, promoting the arts, rescuing animals, supporting women in crises, facilitating personal growth groups in the jail, responding to disasters, and so much more. 

I have lived in Bloomington, Indiana for a total of 9 years (with a little break in between for travelling and living in California).  I share a home with my beloved partner, his wonderful 12 year old son, and a little fluffy dog with healing paws.

I am wholeheartedly committed to helping people recognize, mobilize, celebrate, and share their unique healing gifts for the greater good of all.  I feel exuberance about the vast potential that every one of us has, and I encourage both clients and workshop participants to continually stretch their capacity to experience and express their gifts.  Our world needs it! 

I hope to facilitate workshops, sessions, and gatherings with a contagious spirit of joy, loving honesty, compassionate presence, and wide open heartedness.  I know how deeply inspiration and love feed our lives, and it is my great intention to infuse your lives with a good dose of both!
